As a Certified Fitness Trainer, I offer a unique Integrative FitnessTM program: a cooperative approach incorporating physical activity (proper weight/resistance training, CORE, and cardiovascular/aerobic training) and balanced nutritional education. With an emphasis on functional training, preventative exercise, health care, and education, my physical fitness program goes hand-in-hand with my Yoga-inspired self-awareness, meditation, and self-empowerment techniques to create a unique, cutting-edge, functional exercise program and philosophy for a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
